The Role:

As a Traveling Field Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in deploying our Panic Button Solution across the United States. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading on-site installations with efficiency and precision.
• Managing installation teams and coordinating with subcontractors and customer personnel.
• Testing systems for quality assurance and providing comprehensive customer training.
• Offering expertise on our platform and contributing to product improvements.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for candidates with:

• Certification in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Four years of experience deploying or supporting network-based technology.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
